4 AM Wake Up..
… My eyes were heavy, but somehow
I woke up..
the sound of my doggo barking like a wild
hyena on a hunt…
“what the hell is happening..? my dog doesn’t
do this” I thought to myself, and jumped out of bed..
We live rurally, so doggo going insane means some
thing is close by and he doesn’t like it..
It Lingered In The Darkness
I came to the window he was at… and peered
out into the darkness.. mostly at the vehicles we
keep outside…
rural vehicle breakins are pretty common..
nuthin..
checked our outside cameras.. nuthin…
checked the other windows, went outside..
couldn’t see anything..
How Secure Are We Really?
came to 2 conclusions.. 1 whatever or
whomever it was was scared off by
the dog barking, OR, my dog saw some
kind of small wildlife that I couldn’t see…
It gets your heart racing at 4 in the morning though
let me tell ya!
But I was ready, security at our home is
pretty tight.. between the dog, cameras,
and other things I won’t mention here..
What Security Means To Me..
Security is really important, dontcha think?
Knowing you are safe in any environment
means something..

would be nice wouldn’t it?
I fear for the millions of people that are
barely scraping by, cuz we haven’t seen
the worst of this I don’t think..
